There is something to be said about vibrating on a higher frequency and what that type of energy attracts, even if it’s through a virtual medium. I was in the mindset of manifesting my goals all year and a lot of the things I wanted to do actually happened. When speaking things into existence is actual factual, you just have to rejoice. I suppose the saying is true, your vibe attracts your tribe!

It’s not every day you meet a dope individual with a super chill vibe. We spent the day scouting locations, taking cool shots and talking about life. Candid conversation. No awkwardness. Just a fun shoot. That’s what I call the Jay Blacks effect. We met up a few weeks prior to his Paris trip (I was jealous, but the super excited for him, but wishing I was going on a trip to Paris kind of jealous). There are some incredible images of that trip in his highlights on Instagram, I’m sure of it.

Jay grew up in a mansion, somewhere in WisCANsin (shouts to T-pain; they know each other personally). Just kidding! He really is from Wisconsin though and he can tell you all about it! Jay is insanely talented and creative and is working on some cool projects (I am not sure if I can spill the beans on exactly what that is), so stay tuned and follow his IG @thejayblacks. I’d describe his work as authentic. Word on the street is he’s also a poet. Okaaaaay Jay! Don’t hurt em! He kinda reminds me of J. Cole, but he’s the one who actually voted - all tea, all shade!
